INFRASTRUCTURE OF TAZAGRAM

Although, people of Tazagram are not rich enough to label them as the middle- class. Some are belong to lower-middle class and most of them are from lower class.Good %age of the mass is living below the poverty line.

Majority of them are depending on agriculture,a few are government servants and the rest are work on daily wages.A lot of them are in Karachi from the last 3 or 4 decades.
As mentioned most of the people are poor,so the standard of life is not good but it may be satisfactory. The majority of the population is living in their own mud made(non-metaled) houses containing single room. The joint family system is still intact.
The "hujra" system is also in practice from the very beginning.Every cast has it's own hujra, where they entertain their social ceremonies like wedding, funeral etc.And this system keep the brotherhood united.
The houses of Tazagram are built on a height of mount,so the sewerage system is not bad.In the old times, the sewerage drain was not properly managed but courtesy of the young generation, they united and formed a welfare organisation in the name of,"AL-KHAIR".In support of an NGO they metaled the sewers and all the streets as well.So now, Tazagram is one of the developed villages regrading infrastructure. The neighboring villages follow the same and developed it's own infrastructure.
Tazagram and the surrounding villages are self-sufficient in drinking water facility. The water table is very up,so most of the houses has their own well. Instead of it the public health engineering department provided a drinking water scheme .
The electricity is provided in 1960.The primary school for girls is working since early 60s and primary school for boys was established in 1973.After completing primary education  the students go to the high schools in Qasmi for further education both girls and boys. For higher education, they go to degree colleges in Lundkhwar or Mardan etc.

Tazagram has no health facility provided by the government and the mass is depending on civil dispensary in Qasmi. ,and the informal practitioners. No doctor is in practice and this is the real need of the peoples to get good medical aid at their door step, which is the basic need of every human being. Therefore, the sick mass has no choice but to go to civil hospitals in Lundkhwar and Katlang, and to the private doctor there. But, in the 21st century ,Tazagram and the surrounding villages has no mother and child health care units. The mothers are carried to 12 to 18 kilo meters out in emergency, which is very painful for the patients and their relatives. And very shameful for the leaders etc,who are responsible for to provide the facility.
The sub-post office is established here in 1997.Where the pensioners get their pension .deposit utility bills, renew licences and also all type of letters etc.
Means of transport is not too bad,one can get taxi anytime, except the regular public transport containing datsun pick ups for Dargai,Lundkhwar and Katlang.
The buses are available early in the morning for Mardan and Peshawar. Once a week a bus goes for Karachi. The public transport is available from early in the morning till sunset.
